Hi SGT M, I'm assuming that you went to the emegency room at the VA hospital. They denied you emergency services. What does that mean to you? It means that you can contact JCAH (Joint Commission Accreditation of Hospitals). You weren't supposed to be denied medical services from any hospitals. If you don't believe it, check out how many people who are over here illegally that get emergency hospital service (at us Americans expense). I know what the VA is probably going to say: you are a danger to their staff and so forth. Well, our president should make sure that America can handle and treat veterans when they come back BEFORE sending people to war! I am sure you did not ASK to get injured. I am sure you did not ASK for the mental problems that you will have for the REST OF YOUR LIFE. You did not ASK for this 'mental hell of an existence' or the 'physical pain'. You got it making sacrifices for your country. You did what you had to do to take care of America and its time that America do what we have to do to take care of you. Hang in there I will be praying for you. ekikaseven

Dear Sgt. USMC: Your postings on aidpage left me somewhat confused as to how your story unfolded so I made the effort to google your story. I am at a loss for words other than a quote I once heard and understood all too well. "If you want Justice, you will have to wait for it in the next world because here we have only the law and it is anything but Just" It is so very sad to me on so many levels what has happened to you and others that have suffered similarly. It is amazing how so many Lawyers, Judges and Politicians believe they are above the law and band together to protect their own interests. Their accusations of terrorism are extremely questionable and their very actions such that create the environment to fodder such acts of aggression. One only has to look back at the Oklahoma bombings or have we forgotten? It boggles my mind that we have treated the 9/11 terrorists with more compassion than our own returned wounded veterans. We as a nation have in the past and continue to now fail our service members. It is a real shame. The behavior of these political cohorts is nothing short of reprehensible. I respectfully salute you, Elaine

Is Violence necessary 8-25-07 Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217 When is violence the legal means to end government crimes. No Branch of government will obey the law. To stop my free speech my veteran’s medical care has been stopped for injuries that I received in the line of duty. I completed my tour during the Vietnam Conflict after 31 months over seas coming home with three separate disabilities. NH Veterans Director Mark Levenston has stopped my VA medical because Congress woman Shea-Porter wants him to (Dover police file 7002-942). NH judge Peter Fauver violated the Constitution many times to inflict pain and suffering intentionally on individuals for self gain. The NH Supreme court refuses to hear a case that questions the integrity of the NH courts. (case 2003-0477) The NH State government rallies to protect Fauver. The NH state police are used to harass my wife at work and home. Because all these criminal government actions did not stop my volunteer helping a Madbury NH family since 1999 my VA medical is stopped. The United States Government is here to protect the people not their own dominate power. The news media aids this criminal action by censoring the truth. I have not violated a law or threatened anyone. The government and courts fill the news with lies to destroy my character in the public eye. I have volunteer help others over 1000hours/year since I came back 100% disabled from my Marine Corps tour. The VFW and American Legion refuse to help me. The Veterans inspector general says he will look into it but my medical has been stopped for over 6 months now. I live in a world where at any time my mind takes me back to my first kill. I live in constant pain. In public I may look normal. My commander and chief refuse to help. President Bush (whom did not have the balls to full fill his obligations) knowingly allows my medical to be stopped. Should I kill judges and government officials? Has all means go redress of grievances stopped? Does not article 10 Part first of the NH const. tell me to do this? I can not tell the truth any clearer. I went to the VA clinic in March with serious head pain and numbness on the left side of my face. Now at any moment I loose all strength in my left arm. I was forced to leave with no care. This is an injury that I received during my tour. Is it legal for the government officials to violate the same laws that we the people must obey. I have clearly explained a dreadful situation that some day the news media will write an article asking “Why we (the news) did not see this action coming? I volunteer because I came back alive, I wish that I was killed instead of killing because if New Hampshire can do this to a disabled veteran what I killed for does not exist. I volunteer to help people I will not be violent. Peter Macdonald Sgt USMC Semper Fi

Hi rose, I am so glad your brother is well taken care of. Please pray for other service members. For all are not taken care of as well. Even those that do get checks, often do not get the best of medical care. One can just listen to/or read the news to know what is going on with the wounded veterans and their care. Many of my fellow service members are neglected or lost in the cracks of the system. Some received injuries in Iraq but still are not getting a check or adequate medical care at this time. President Bush and congress is working to rectify this issue but it has a way to go. Your prayers are greatly needed for all the service members. Thanks a bunch, Soldier girl

I'm sorry but I am going to have to disagree with you for the most part. First of all my brother who I have helped was in the service. He is now out of the service and lives in a nice apartment for under $500 a month and he receives 2 monthly checks from the government. He also got his child support payments lifted from one of those checks and he doesn't have to pay it anymore. He doesn't have to pay for his medical bills and his prescriptions. He gets a nurse's aide to come in twice a week to help him and that he doesn't have to pay for either.

Dear sgtusmc, I'am very sorry to hear you are being treated this way, My husband was also in the service in 1963 but was sent to greenland.lucky in away .I have nothing against any of the service men, what really makes me MAD is that our government does not take care of them when they come home, from the service, The servicemen and their families give up alot, You are not alone. there are many of you that are getting the shaft. They really need to do something about all the illegal immigrants coming into the country, and quit giving visa's to people who want to kill us.I'm sorry but I guess I don't understand why they send all of you to a country to fight to free the people and then they bring them all over here to the united states doesn't make any sense to me.It's our government who give's visa's to terrorist. They came here on student visa's to learn to fly a plane ,What's wrong with this picture. It's time to bring our Boys home, put them on the border's to protect the united states, and quit letting the united states be a free for all.and start taking care of the people here, who have been here all there lives, and have fought for this country,Charity starts at home.YES IT'S TIME OUR GOVERNMENT STARTS TAKING CARE OF THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES. GOD BLESS YOU.TIME FOR EVERYONE TO HERE YOUR MESSAGE

SGT MacDonald, I am so sorry that you are being treated like this. It is truly shameful that the VA would do you this way. However, you are not alone. Veterans do not always get treated with the respect they deserve. I am not suprised about what you say. The public has no idea sometimes how veterans/service people get treated. I have often told me husband: its like they 'use you', 'abuse you', then 'lose you'. My husband is also a former Marine. He's a Viet Nam Veteran. He went in the Corp the day after his 17th birthday. While I was in kindergarten, this man was fighting at war. Of course, I did not know him then! LOL. He had to kill many while over there. Like you, he had to kill using the bayonet also. It was either kill or be killed. He was in one of the most dangerous parts. He was wounded in a firefight over there. He suffers everyday because of his experience over there. At the time I was too young to understand about the Viet Nam War. But rest assured, since being married to him, I understand it well now. You stated that you question why your wife was with you. Let me assure you that it's probably the same reason I am with my husband. I LOVE HIM. I am sure your wife loves you very much. Trust me, living with someone who has been through the war and one who has PTSD is definitely 'no walk on the beach'. Then to add to the mix our 2 sons served in Iraq in the U.S. Marine Corp. Both did 2+ tours. I, myself, am an Operation Enduring Freedom vet. I am ARMY however. Military people make alot of sacrifices. Just because one get to come home (not in a coffin) does not mean one is okay. It merely means the sacrifice never ends. I hope things get better for you. Keep on telling everyone your story. Keep on bugging your senators and congressmen. Do it until someone finally listens. Take care and Semper Fi, from a soldier
